Canadian Patient Safety Institute
Summary
From 2011 to 2015, BUKSA helped the Canadian Patient Safety Institute organize the annual Virtual Patient Safety Forum. Each forum consisted of a multi-day accredited program with of 50+ speakers, broadcast live from a single production studio to sites across Canada, reaching over 2,000 viewers. Sessions were delivered in French and English and participant questions were responded to in both languages. BUKSA’s role included registration, program development, onsite logistics for the broadcast centre, webcast streaming, and provided call centre and online support.
Our Role
BUKSA was the lead project manager and was responsible for efficiently managing multiple committees throughout the planning - logistical, advisory and program development committees. As part of our role in program development, BUKSA provided guidance to the program committee to meet program objectives, and managed logistics for all speakers.
